Thank you Nicola!--"That’s why we do the work we do. Not to feel better in the moment. To update what the unconscious believes is possible. What it expects and is preparing for."

Now that requires a fair amount of perspective--lived out over time! To be able to look back to be able to look forward, knowingly, differently.

Thank you, Bronce. Beautifully said, as always!

Looking forward, not backwards, or sidewards, is da bomb.

Nicola is a champion of havening touch. I've been watching her YouTube videos and they are fab therapy. I'm a havening touch apprentice, but Nicola is an expert at it. And, what's more, havening feels really good as it quietens my nervous nervous system down.

I must get around to recommending her Substack.

Havening Touch is so easy to offer ourselves, Thérèse, you don't have to be an expert. I'm thrilled the videos are helpful to you. That you use them and they help quiet and soothe your nervous system. I do my own Havening every night before bed to release any lingering stress of the day.

Yep, the sensory, gentle qualities of havening are soothing, I'm so glad you introduced me to it. You are a wonder.

I am in this process too. Fixing, showing up for everyone else. 🥹I am in this equation . I’ve read this twice just now and listened to it, and there is definitely a shift of how my future self creates the reconsolidation .

Hi Javonna, you’re human. It’s only natural to want to help and fix, especially for the important people in your life. It’s great when, even in the midst of all that, we can have an experience of a shift. I love that.

I love the line "The feisty came back."

I've been noticing an unwanted pattern in myself recently, maybe due to the situation I find myself in during this season of life. I don't know where the MUD is but I do know that I want to break the pattern. I'm looking forward to your workshop on the 20th so I can get MY feisty back.

Thank you, Nicola, for sharing your knowledge. <3

Thank you, Earl. For taking the time to read and comment. I will see you Saturday, let’s work on getting your feisty back, too!

Hello dear Nicola, have you closed the sign ups for the two hour session on the 20th? I'd love to join, but can't figure out what time it would be on in Australia, Sydney time. Which timezone is Mountain time, so I can figure out if it's on in the middle of the night or not, on the next day. I just can't do 3 am sessions, they kill me, but if it's an awake time for me, I could.

I've been havening with face feels and arm rubbing in some tense moments lately, or when I can't get to sleep. Also with the hands, but I can't do it with your excellent tongue twisters.

The face touching is especially soothing, and the wrist squeezing too. I'd love to do the two hours workshop to go deeper. Let me know so I can work out my time to be there, please?

Hello lovely! It is at a totally icky time for you. My 9:30 am which is 1:30 am Sydney time. I prize my sleep too much to do calls in the wee hours, it would make me feel like a Zombie for the next day.
