Love. Love. LOVE this, Nicola! I listened as I followed along reading, and I felt you were talking directly with me because you WERE!
Here's the funny (wonderful) thing:
Even though I was originally certified when EFT came out, it felt off to me. It felt more like work.
So, in tapping, as it is now called, I simplified the process and left out some of the points. It felt better to me then, but I never integrated it into my practice.
And as Diantha said, you are beautiful in your video. Yes, you are.
Thank you, Donna. I was definitely thinking of you as I recorded it and how you read to your husband. I appreciate that you shared that with me so very much. It made a difference, you make a difference.
I’m going to send you one of my Friday YouTube livestream tap-alongs. I have many videos.
You're welcome, Nicola! So glad I was able to help.
Nicola, you must repost those videos here on Substack. Rather than linking to YouTube, upload them to this system.
Think about how you might include one in each upcoming post that relates. Or maybe turn each video into its own post.
Ohh. I like that a lot.
I've spent the last fifteen years creating new content until recently, repurposing finally landed. I knew it. I understood it. HOWEVER (there's my ego again), I kept thinking, "Yay, but..."
So, that is my mission: to look at my extensive library and see what can be repurposed in a way that reaches wonderful people in wonderful ways that are easier on me.

Do more of those.

Are you game?
Something I had not thought of, it is worth considering and seeing how it could fit. Hmm!
What if we took only one piece of content a week and figure out how to repurpose it? Or one every two weeks. Or even just one a month.
Great information here, Nicola! Thank you! And you look so beautiful in your video.
That means a lot, Diantha, thank you so much!
Wow. That's a great informative article. Thank you. And great job on the images. There perfect.
Thank you, Earl!
