FEFT is amazing! I love what your saying about your experience in therapy. This has been my suspicion for a long time. I have only experienced therapy personally a few times, though I have worked with several who have. As an observer of their mental programs, it seems the more time spent in therapy, the more attached to the issues (of course, unintentionally!).
Like you said, breaking the trance is the key.
I don't think I'll ever stop being fascinated with the inner workings of the mind.
Great explanation of memory fractionation, Nicola! So glad you were able to help Carmella.
Hi Diantha! Thank you, I really enjoy solving the puzzle and guiding the way toward a shift.

Excellent article!
Thank you, Jill. Like you, I don’t think I’ll ever stop being fascinated with the inner workings of the mind!
Okay Nic. When can we expect the next installment? I want it, and I want it now 😅
De-fractionation makes perfect sense -- a pattern interrupt taken to a new level.
I commit to having the next one up, with a voiceover, within 2 weeks. You can hold me to it (and I love that you will), Donna.
Yes, I will, Nic! 🤗
Thank you, Henry! I appreciate it.
