In the last couple of weeks, Nicola, My gratitude had started to feel like a list, change of location where i do it, etc. Something to get done... And I have not been happy about it... But now this will allow/impel me to take time and do deeper with my daily gratitude. Thank you for putting together the formula! You are a genius!
I love this Nicola. I practice living in gratitude, which is more than listing. I have never thought of statements like this and I can see how much power they hold. The ‘Wouldn’t it be great if..’ part reminds me of Abraham Hicks lofty questions. I am going to start using this from tomorrow morning 💕
I’m grateful for YOU because you enrich my life so deeply. Wouldn’t it be great if I inspired others similarly!
This is excellent. I abandoned the standard gratitude lists eons ago for the reasons you stated. Although I e learned to go deep for mine since, I don’t use this framework and I REALLY love it.
Thank you, Christin! And you absolutely do inspire others similarly, I would know as I am one that you inspire. I’ve been doing the ‘because’ for the past 15 years or so. The “Wouldn’t it be great if” was a gem 💎 one of my clients shared during an “Ask Me Anything” call earlier this year. Had nothing to do with a gratitude practice but I paired them because … like peanut butter and chocolate it just seemed to go together so well 🤭
Nice post. Love that picture, gratitude certainly brings happiness.
Thank you, Jane. That photo really jumped out at me, I love it as well.
Yes, I recognized that! And I also recognized your ability to put 2 and 2 together! that's a wonderful gift that you have!
💜💜💜 Thank you, Srishti. It’s all a grand experiment 😉

I had help Srishti, that last part was what Sherry shared in an AMA call a few months ago. Once I put it with my gratitude it really took off :)
